Part-Time Home Cleaning/Facility Maintenance The work tasks can vary, but primarily involve helping our customers with regular home cleaning. Our customers include both elderly individuals and families with children who need some help around the house. We place great emphasis on personal suitability of our staff since the work is performed in someone's home and we often become a social contact for the customer. No previous experience is required, but it is desirable that you are thorough, attentive, and positive when working as a home helper. You work independently and have great opportunities to control your own schedule. We schedule so that you have your own regular customers, which provides security for both the customer and staff. To work with us, you can be a retiree or have a pension agreement. You are responsible, flexible, and solution-focused. You enjoy making a difference and want to feel that your work adds value to your life. You are hired on an hourly basis and are not committed to anything—you work on your own terms. You are of course insured and we follow collective agreements. Salary is individual and may vary depending on the assignment but always follows the agreement.
