All of Fria's products are fresh-frozen. Your Responsibilities As an operations & maintenance technician at Fria Bröd, you will focus on preventive maintenance as well as corrective maintenance of the bakery's machinery and associated production equipment. Your work will also include carrying out various technical improvement and change projects. You will work alongside the operators, where your technical expertise and experience will help ensure safe and trouble-free production. Success in this position requires broad mechanical and electrical technical expertise as well as solid experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. As a person, you need to be both humble and solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to communicate and collaborate. It is advantageous if you have training or experience in food production. Please note that you must be a student, retiree, or have another primary occupation of at least 50% to be eligible for employment. The position involves Friday evening shifts 14:00-22:00. Your Profile Desired Competencies: - Background as a technician/mechanic with electrical competence - Good experience in mechanical troubleshooting of machines and production equipment - Good experience in systematic troubleshooting, ability to read electrical schematics, and measure and troubleshoot electrical systems - Experience with mechanical and electrical repair work - Some experience with welding work - A genuine technical interest - Computer skills in Microsoft Office - Swedish and English spoken and written - Forklift certification is desirable Our client maintains a positive and opportunity-focused atmosphere at the company.
