Your Tasks You will become part of an experienced team in lead production where safety, collaboration, and quality are a natural part of everyday work. As a temporary resource, you work alongside knowledgeable and helpful colleagues who support each other to ensure safe and efficient production. Here, teamwork and responsibility are valued. Your Tasks Monitor and control production and equipment Perform practical work in production Conduct rounds and inspections Follow up on quality and report deviations Support troubleshooting and minor maintenance Contribute to order, safety, and improvement work Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience from industry who wants to work extra alongside studies or other primary employment. You are a person who takes responsibility, follows procedures, and always prioritizes safety. To thrive in this role, we believe that you: Have a strong safety mindset and work carefully Are a team player who contributes to good team spirit Are flexible and can step in when needed Enjoy a practical and active work environment Have a positive attitude and contribute to a safe workplace We are looking for someone who has: Ongoing studies or other primary employment of at least 50% Experience from process, manufacturing, or other industrial operations Good ability to communicate in Swedish Forklift license B1 (counterbalance forklift) Class B driver's license Meritorious: Experience from process industry Valid wheel loader certificate (C2) Experience with shift work Familiarity with work in safety-critical environments Additional Information Does this sound interesting?
