Cura Individutveckling is a municipal federation with the county's municipalities as members. Our mission is to conduct operations where municipalities see advantages in coordinated efforts. We offer, among other things, care, welfare, and treatment services for children, young people, and families. Within the field of autism and Aspergers syndrome, we offer upper secondary education with boarding facilities as well as group homes and day activities. Our major operations are:
• Klaragymnasiet school and boarding facility for young people with Aspergers syndrome/high-functioning autism
• Notavillan child and family unit for children 0 to 18 years old.
• Sjöarp group home, housing and day activities for people with autism diagnosis at various developmental levels.
• Villa Mjällby Youth Unit, a residential care home (HVB) for placement of young people with psychosocial difficulties
WORK TASKS
Our operations are in constant need of staff who can quickly step in and work, for example when regular staff are on leave or in training.
We are looking for you who demonstrate respect and warmth in your approach. You want, as part of Cura Individutveckling, to help create a safe and well-functioning environment for our clients, students, young people, children, and families.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have previous experience working with people in, for example, care, school, or welfare. You must have completed upper secondary school. It is advantageous if you have completed or are studying relevant post-secondary education. You have a calm and composed approach and a strong ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
You must have a class B driver's license (manual transmission) and a clear certificate from the police's suspicion and criminal record register.
