On-Call Housekeeping Staff

On-Call Housekeeping Staff Karlskrona Stadshotell is now seeking a flexible and service-oriented team member for our housekeeping department at Karlskrona Stadshotell. The role primarily involves cleaning and preparing hotel rooms as well as other housekeeping duties as needed. You will work alongside a dedicated team and help ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel experience. This is an on-call position, meaning work shifts may vary depending on hotel occupancy and operational needs. Work is available on both weekdays and weekends, so it is important that you are able to work weekends. We are looking for someone who: Is thorough, responsible, and detail-oriented Can work efficiently and independently Enjoys fast-paced, physical work Is flexible and can step in on short notice Has strong teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work environment Is available to work weekends Previous experience in hotel cleaning or facility maintenance is a plus, but not required. We place great value on your attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn. Work hours are primarily during daytime, typically starting around 08:30. The number of shifts varies.
