Melodigångens förskola AB is located in Fosie in Malmö. Here, children and educators from all over the world meet. We are a small preschool with just over 60 children and 13 educators. Our staff is engaged and participates in pedagogical development work. We have 5 classrooms with a maximum of 12 children in each classroom. We have planning, development, and reflection sessions. We are now seeking a Child Care Assistant to support classrooms in working with children in need of special support. You are positive, goal-oriented, independent, and have a clear focus on the child and see possibilities rather than obstacles. You also work well collaborating with children, parents, and colleagues. We also place great emphasis on "learning through play." You see pedagogical documentation as your natural working tool to achieve our program's goals, and as a tool to increase influence and participation for everyone at the preschool. We are looking for a child care assistant who is curious about working with us.
