Assignment Description In this role, you will step into a central position with a broad network of stakeholders (project management, portfolio owners, IT/operations, finance, and architecture). You will switch between strategic consulting, development of governance models, and practical coaching to build understanding and capability in parallel across the organization. Your main responsibilities: LPM Establishment: Support the establishment and further development of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) as a working method in the organization. Structure & Process: Design and implement structures for strategic prioritization, value stream-based tracking, portfolio backlog, and epic management. Strategic Alignment: Connect strategic objectives, initiatives, funding, capacity planning, and execution. Facilitation: Facilitate portfolio forums, prioritization meetings, and decision-making processes at management and portfolio levels. Decision Support: Develop key metrics, reporting, and visualizations that provide management with clearer decision-making foundations. Coaching & Change: Identify improvement areas and coach portfolio owners, leaders, and product organizations in agile portfolio governance. Mandatory Requirements Multiple years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or strategic governance in larger organizations. Documented experience with Lean Portfolio Management (preferably within SAFe or equivalent frameworks). Good understanding of agile, hybrid, and traditional governance models and how these work together in complex environments. Experience with strategic prioritization, epic management, roadmaps, and developing investment proposals. Documented experience facilitating management forums, portfolio forums, and workshops with senior stakeholders. Very strong ability to analyze dependencies, capacity, risks, and benefits at the portfolio level. Very strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written, and experience developing clear decision-making materials for steering committees. Desirable Requirements Experience from energy, infrastructure, power grid, or other critical societal operations. Experience from major IT transformations, digitalization programs, or change portfolios. Agile/Portfolio certifications (e.g., SAFe LPM, Agile Leadership, PMI, IPMA). Experience with benefit realization, value management, and financial tracking of investments. Experience with portfolio tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.). Personal Qualities You are strategic, analytical, and comfortable leading change in complex environments. You have a strong ability to create structure and clarity while maintaining value creation and a holistic perspective. As a person, you are communicative, attentive, pedagogical, and humble, with high integrity and a practical, stepwise approach to change work.
