As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be a key person in our growth journey and a central part of our success in executive recruitment. You will: Create new business opportunities and act as an advisor on leadership and recruitment matters. Drive executive search processes from start to finish, including close dialogue with both clients and candidates. Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and leaders at high levels. Be an ambassador for Jurek Executive and contribute to strengthening our brand in the market. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality and results, while achieving your own goals. What we're looking for in you We always strive to be advisory, challenging, and relevant to create a wow-experience for our clients, candidates, consultants, and colleagues. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: At least 10 years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant, preferably in Interim Management or executive recruitment. An entrepreneurial spirit, where you combine strong goal focus with the ability to build sustainable relationships. A natural sense for business development and a burning commitment to creating value for both clients and candidates. Relevant academic degree, for example in HR management, behavioral science, or business administration. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and oral.
