As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be a key person in our growth journey and a central part of our success in executive recruitment. You will: Create new business opportunities and serve as an advisor on leadership and recruitment matters. Drive executive search processes from start to finish, including close dialogue with both clients and candidates. Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-level decision-makers and leaders. Be an ambassador for Jurek Executive and help strengthen our brand in the market. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality and results, while achieving your own goals. What we're looking for in you We always strive to be advisory, challenging, and relevant to create a wow-experience for our clients, candidates, consultants, and colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: At least 10 years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant, preferably within Interim Management or executive recruitment. An entrepreneurial spirit, where you combine strong goal focus with the ability to build sustainable relationships. A natural sense for business development and a burning commitment to create value for both clients and candidates. Relevant academic qualifications, for example in HR, behavioral science, or business administration. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and oral.
