Do you want to help shape the workplaces of the future?
You have a couple of years of project management experience and feel ready for the next step in your career. Here you'll combine structure, business acumen, and relationship building in a role where you lead some of Sweden's most exciting establishment projects.
With us, you represent the tenant's interests and help some of the country's largest companies and organizations realize their new workplaces. From signed lease agreement to move-in-ready premises, you're responsible for keeping the project on track with the right quality, right budget, and right conditions for operations. Every project is unique. It requires both structure, a holistic perspective, and the ability to get people with different roles and interests to work toward the same goal.
Our customers contact us when they face...
establishing new offices or operational facilities
renovating existing workplaces
carrying out complex relocation and change projects
creating modern workplaces that support operations both today and in the future
With us you get...
...to work alongside the industry's most experienced advisors in workplace strategy, real estate law, and project management. You participate in establishment projects from start to finish and become the customer's primary advisor throughout implementation. You coordinate the project's various stakeholders, lead meetings, monitor time, budget and quality, and ensure that all parts work together toward the same goal.
You work closely with property owners, subcontractors, architects, technical consultants, and the customer's own organization. At the same time, you take significant personal responsibility and develop as your experience grows.
Who are you?
You are curious, driven, and unpretentious. You thrive when you take responsibility, create structure in complex situations, and build good relationships. You enjoy collaborating, communicating, and moving projects forward together with others.
We'd like to see that you have:
a couple of years of experience leading establishment, construction, interior design, or facility projects
experience coordinating many different stakeholders and managing complex projects
a structured work approach combined with good problem-solving skills
business acumen and the ability to build trust with customers and partners
interest in how workplaces can contribute to people's well-being, satisfaction, and organizational development
curiosity about how new technology and AI can improve work methods and create even greater customer value
good ability to communicate in Swedish and English
Our culture – self-leadership and psychological safety
We work in a network-based organization without managers. That doesn't mean less responsibility – quite the opposite. With us, you're expected to drive your work forward, take initiative, and contribute to both your own and the company's development. Decisions are made close to operations and we help each other succeed through high trust, frequent feedback, and genuine knowledge sharing.
You'll become part of a committed team with broad expertise across our entire field of work. Here we share knowledge, support each other, and develop together. Entrepreneurship is a natural part of the role and we work closely with our customers throughout the process.
This model isn't for everyone. But for someone who thrives with freedom and responsibility, appreciates high expectations, and wants to influence both your own work and our shared development, it offers something few other workplaces have. We believe in people. In curiosity. In being our best selves together. And we want you to contribute your unique qualities to an inspiring and meaningful work life.
