You are responsible for master production planning, production and quality preparation, Lean/5S development, and drive development within these areas. You run the daily morning meeting and are responsible for establishing and monitoring internal reporting such as capacity utilization, capacity, and any deviations. You are responsible for delivering the right quality throughout the production chain, which includes delivering correct documentation for production, assembly, and delivery. The position also involves managing contacts with the Employment Service, Samhall, and labor unions. You will be part of the management team where the CEO, production planner, technical coordinator, quality coordinator, and assembly manager will be your closest colleagues/team members. As Production Manager, you have personnel responsibility for approximately 50 employees, including responsibility for environment, occupational health and safety, and training. Who Are You? You have some form of post-secondary education with a focus on manufacturing industry such as machinery, sheet metal, mechanics, furniture, or another equivalent field, or professional experience comparable to the above-mentioned education level. You have several years of professional experience within manufacturing industry. You have documented leadership experience and have worked with quality and development processes, with experience in personnel management. A B-class driver's license is required for the position. As a person, you are driven and enthusiastic, have a strong interest in quality and logistics, and are well-organized.
