Your Assignment As a chef on the resource team, you'll work in multiple kitchens across the municipality and contribute your expertise where the need is greatest. You'll meet different operations, colleagues, and work environments, which makes the work both developing and inspiring. You will, among other things: Prepare truly good food and present it nicely. Work in dialogue with our guests to influence menus. Prepare specialized diets based on our guests' needs. Ensure safe and secure food handling. Contribute to kitchen development and improvement of working methods and routines. Take responsibility for parts of production, planning, economics, quality, and work environment. Your Experience You are a confident and independent chef who quickly establishes structure and quality, regardless of which kitchen you work in. You have a genuine interest in cooking and are driven by providing guests with a truly great meal experience. We see that you: Are a trained chef or have equivalent experience. Have experience from large-scale kitchens, restaurants, or similar operations. Have good knowledge of specialized diets, food hygiene, and safe food handling. Are used to working independently with high quality standards. Easily adapt to new workplaces and work groups. Have a driver's license and access to your own car, as the position involves varying work locations. It is meritorious if you have experience working with Word, Excel, and cost management programs.
