We'd love to hear from you! Escape Travel Sweden is seeking an experienced flight coordinator driven by finding and booking the best possible flight solutions for both groups and individual travelers. As the first person in our Swedish flight department, you'll be a strategically important part of the company's continued growth. You'll collaborate with the flight department in Oslo as well as with Swedish travel planners in our active travel team. Your responsibilities will include: · Finding and booking optimal flight solutions for our groups and individual travelers. · Following up on deadlines and time limits. · Ticket management. · Rebooking and modifying flight tickets. · Updating groups in our mid-office system Travelwire. · In addition to the Swedish active travel team, you'll work closely with the Norwegian flight team in Oslo and be part of their on-call schedule. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: · Has extensive experience with GDS system bookings (Amadeus) for both groups and individual travel, as well as ticket management. · Has strong knowledge of airlines' own booking tools. · Is efficient, organized, and detail-oriented. · Enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously. · Has commercial drive and business acumen. · Preferably has experience producing and planning group tours.
