Experienced HVAC Installers Needed for Immediate Assignment!

Your Responsibilities We are now seeking several careful and dedicated team members for our customer's HVAC operations. In this role, you will work with installation, assembly, and service of HVAC systems in various types of projects. You will be an important part of the operation and contribute to ensuring that work is performed with high quality, safety, and customer focus. You are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems as well as ensuring that work is performed in accordance with applicable industry standards and quality requirements. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and other professionals, which requires responsibility, attention to detail, and good teamwork skills. The assignments are scheduled during daytime hours. Examples of work tasks: • Installation and assembly of HVAC systems and components • Service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems • Pipe routing and connection of water, heating, and drainage systems • Reading and interpreting drawings and work descriptions • Material handling and preparations for installations • Documentation of completed work • Collaboration with other professionals to ensure efficient project execution Your Profile We are looking for someone with a trade certificate or documented work experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with previous work in installation, service, maintenance, or assembly of HVAC systems. You have good technical understanding and are accustomed to practical work where quality, safety, and attention to detail are in focus. As a person, you are careful, quality-conscious, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have the ability to plan and execute your tasks efficiently. The role requires that you can work independently, solve problems on-site, and at the same time ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable industry regulations and quality requirements. You are a stable and reliable team member who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, customers, and other professionals. At the same time, you have the ability to take personal responsibility and drive your work forward in a professional manner. For this position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written, to be able to communicate with customers and colleagues as well as understand and follow safety regulations, drawings, instructions, and work procedures. A Class B driver's license is required. Relevant HVAC training and certifications or industry qualifications are advantageous.
