Your Responsibilities - You have experience in manual welding using MIG and MAG welding methods - You have several years of experience welding in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum - You can read technical drawings - You are thorough, reliable, and take initiative - You work well both independently and as part of a team - You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written - You work on larger and heavier projects, with products such as compressors, containers, chassis, and machine foundations up to 20 tons. Your Profile We are looking for a welder who appreciates varied work with small series production. You will work on manufacturing different products, so strong skills in reading technical drawings and material knowledge are essential. A high focus on safety and a strong drive to achieve set goals are defining characteristics of yours. Your social skills are important to us—you are open, attentive, and clear in your communication. You enjoy managing and planning your own day and working independently on tasks that require structure.
