We're now looking for experienced butchers and meat cutters who really know their trade. You know what a perfect finish looks like, how to maintain the pace, and how to handle your tools with both power and finesse. And yes – you need to be able to show that you master the craft (documented experience required). But this job isn't just about wielding a knife – you'll also get to help the company sell their products! If you have experience with specialty meats, retail, or food sales, that's a big plus. You love customer contact, can talk meat with both professionals and food enthusiasts – and you're passionate about showcasing the quality of what you work with. What You'll Do Butcher, bone, and trim meat with precision and professional pride. Work with slaughtering, butchering, and handling according to procedures and customer requirements. Help with sales and contribute to marketing and selling the company's products. Contribute to efficient production flow. Follow hygiene and safety regulations to the letter. Be part of a team that works hard and laughs often. Who Are You? You have documented experience as a butcher or meat cutter. Ideally, you have sales experience, especially from specialty meats, retail, or food. You communicate well in Swedish and English. You're thorough, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy teamwork but also take initiative independently. You have an eye for quality – and know when a cut of meat is perfect.
