Your Responsibilities We are now seeking two meticulous and dedicated grinders for our client's operations. In this role, you will work with grinding and finishing of components and products to ensure high quality before the next stage of production. You will be responsible for processing and preparing materials as well as verifying that products meet the company's quality standards. The work takes place in close collaboration with other departments and requires precision, a quality-focused mindset, and accountability. These positions are based on day shifts. Examples of Work Tasks: • Grinding and finishing of components and products • Inspection and quality control of processed products • Material preparation for further production • Material handling and movement using carts or forklifts (forklift certification is a plus) • Daily maintenance and upkeep of work area and equipment • Collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient production flow Additional Information: The work is physically demanding and heavy lifting may occur. Your Profile We are seeking someone with experience in workshop or industrial production work, preferably with prior experience in grinding or similar finishing work. You are accustomed to practical work and understand the importance of quality and precision in every step. As a person, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and accountable. You work in a structured manner, enjoy taking personal responsibility, and have the ability to plan and execute your work tasks efficiently. The role requires a high focus on precision and the ability to deliver professional results even when the pace is high or tasks vary. You are a stable and reliable employee who values collaboration with colleagues while being able to work independently. For this position, you need strong Swedish or English language skills, both spoken and written, to understand and follow safety regulations, instructions, and work procedures.
