About the Role As a machine operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You specialize in pile crane, drilling rig, or vibratory hammer – or master several of these machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and construction projects. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you plan and execute production together with work management and colleagues on site. You become an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skills, and safety are highly valued. We Are Looking for You You have documented expertise and experience operating a drilling rig, pile crane, or vibratory hammer. You have a good understanding of foundation and construction work You have experience working in production and on project sites You work safely, carefully, and with responsibility You enjoy collaborating but also taking personal responsibility You hold a B-class driver's license You have relevant training and certifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
