About the Role As an operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You are specialized in piling cranes, drilling rigs, or sheet pile machines – or master several of these equipment types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and construction projects. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you plan and execute production together with site management and colleagues at the workplace. You become an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skill, and safety are highly valued. We are Looking for You If You Have documented expertise and experience operating drilling rigs, piling cranes, or sheet pile machines. Have good understanding of foundation and construction work Have experience working in production and on job sites Work safely, carefully, and responsibly Enjoy collaborating but also taking your own responsibility Hold a Class B driver's license Have relevant training and certifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
