About the Role As a machine operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You specialize in pile crane, drilling rig, or vibratory pile driver – or master several of these machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and construction projects. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you plan and execute production together with site management and colleagues on the job site. You become an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skill, and safety are highly valued. We are Looking for You if You Have documented competence and experience operating drilling rigs, pile cranes, or vibratory pile drivers. Have good understanding of foundation and construction work Have experience working in production and on job sites Work safely, carefully, and responsibly Enjoy collaborating but also taking independent responsibility Hold a category B driver's license Hold relevant certifications and qualifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
