About the Role As a machine operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You specialize in pile drivers, drilling rigs, or sheet piling machines – or have mastery of several of these machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and facility projects. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you plan and execute production together with site management and colleagues at the work site. You will be an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skills, and safety are highly valued. We are Looking for You If You have documented competence and experience operating drilling rigs, pile drivers, or sheet piling machines. You have good understanding of foundation and construction work You have experience working in production and on-site projects You work safely, carefully, and with responsibility You enjoy collaborating but also taking independent responsibility You hold a B-category driver's license You have relevant training and certifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
