About the Role As a machine operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You are specialized in pile cranes, drilling rigs, or sheet pile machines—or master several of these machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and construction projects. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you plan and execute production alongside supervisors and colleagues on site. You become an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skill, and safety are highly valued.
