Together, we drive some of the country's most important healthcare projects – and we are growing! We are looking for you You have several years of experience as an MEP engineer. You have several years of experience in MEP design. You have an interest in driving innovation and sustainability. You work proactively and understand the value of digitalization. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. If you have experience with MEP projects in hospitals or other healthcare facilities, that is a merit. With us, you will get a strong platform and good opportunities to deepen your expertise further in this field. However, this is not a requirement. We also welcome those with experience in MEP for other types of projects who want to develop further in complex healthcare environments. If you have the right technical foundation, a structured approach to work, and a willingness to grow in the role, we view your application very positively. What you will do with us You will become part of our dedicated team of MEP engineers working with cutting-edge technology for tomorrow's healthcare buildings. The team is currently based primarily in Gävle and Eskilstuna, but we also collaborate with colleagues within the Healthcare operations and other parts of Ramboll Buildings in projects across Sweden. You will have access to a strong network of colleagues, and we offer an inspiring environment with excellent opportunities for development. As an experienced MEP engineer, you will have a key role in our projects, where you get the opportunity to contribute with both technical expertise and leadership. Depending on your experience and ambitions, you can take on project management and project leadership roles, where you are responsible for driving and ensuring the delivery of MEP design and coordinating work in multidisciplinary design teams. If you prefer to focus on a specialist role and deepen your knowledge in advanced technology, that option is also available. We imagine that with your experience, you will want to: Lead and drive projects in healthcare environments. Design MEP systems, or special systems such as medical gases, etc. Be a support and advisor to our clients in decisions on complex technical matters. Act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.
