Read more about us at www.nearyou.se Job Description Are you a skilled welder with experience in TIG and MIG welding of carbon steel and stainless steel, with an eye for detail? Do you thrive in both independent work and as part of a team? Then this could be your next career step! As a welder with us, you will work on manufacturing and assembling components for our shunt groups in our modern production facilities. Together with experienced and dedicated colleagues, you will weld and build products that help our customers save time, energy, and reduce environmental impact. In this role, you will primarily perform TIG and MIG welding of pipes and components according to drawings and work instructions. You are also responsible for quality-assuring your work and conducting final inspections according to our procedures to ensure that products meet high quality standards. As part of our production team, you actively contribute to developing efficient and sustainable work methods. You participate in daily improvement work with a focus on order, safety, and a good work environment, while maintaining close collaboration with your colleagues to create an efficient and well-functioning production. We offer you a full-time position with working hours during weekdays during daytime. You will be employed by NearYou with good opportunities for the employment to transition to our client after a period. Qualifications We are looking for someone with welding experience, preferably in TIG and/or MIG for pipe installations. You have a good ability to read and understand drawings and perform measurements with precision. As a person, you are organized and independent, with a clear eye for detail and quality. You are driven by contributing to energy- and resource-efficient solutions and see collaboration as an integral part of the work. To succeed in this role, you are comfortable communicating in Swedish. It is a merit if you have welding certifications and previous experience working in industrial production, but most importantly to us is your commitment, your curiosity, and your willingness to learn.
