Experienced Welder for Heavy Vehicles

About the Position Ikett Personalpartner is now seeking a skilled welder for one of our customers in Skurup. The role involves varied work where you will be involved in building, adapting, and reinforcing structures for heavy vehicles – always with a focus on precision and durability. Your work tasks include, among other things: - Welding of chassis, frame structures, and components for heavy vehicles - Work with multiple welding methods, such as MIG/MAG, TIG, flux-cored, and stick welding - Welding in various materials, primarily stainless steel and mild steel - Repair, reinforcement, and custom modification of vehicles - Interpretation of drawings and work according to technical instructions The work is scheduled during daytime hours. Start date by agreement. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in vehicles and who is ambitious, positive, and curious about metal properties. You have education in the field or previous practical experience with welding. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have: - Experience with welding, preferably from work with heavy vehicles or in the industrial sector - Good knowledge of MIG/MAG, TIG, flux-cored, and MMA/stick welding - Ability to read and work according to drawings and technical documentation - Basic workshop experience, such as drilling and assembly - Experience with assembly work You work well with others, contribute with a positive attitude, and have a strong focus on quality in the work you deliver. If you also have knowledge in hydraulics and electrical work, that is highly meritorious. Driver's License Category B is a requirement.
