Experienced Welder Needed for Long-Term Assignment Diversa Solutions AB is now seeking an experienced welder for a long-term assignment with one of our clients in Blekinge and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with documented welding experience, good technical understanding, and the ability to work independently with high precision. The position requires that you are accustomed to working from technical drawings and established quality requirements. Job Responsibilities Your main tasks will include: Welding components and structures according to technical specifications Preparation, joining, and processing of materials Reading and interpreting welding drawings and symbols Setup and control of welding equipment Measurement and quality control of completed work Inspection and finishing of welds Identification and correction of any deviations Ongoing equipment maintenance and supervision Documentation of completed work Work in accordance with applicable safety regulations and quality requirements Requirements for the Position To be eligible for the position, you must have: Documented work experience as a welder Relevant education in welding, industrial technology, or equivalent trade Good knowledge of reading technical drawings Experience working independently with welding Good understanding of materials, welds, and quality control Ability to identify and correct deviations A strong focus on safety and quality Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Qualifications It is advantageous if you have: Valid welding licenses or welding certificates Experience with MIG, MAG, TIG, or MMA welding Experience welding various types of materials Experience from industrial manufacturing or production Knowledge of grinding, cutting, and finishing Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You work in a structured manner, follow safety regulations, and have a clear quality focus. You enjoy working both independently and together with others.
