SERVICE TEAM MEMBER WANTED IN KUNGSBACKA – BECOME AN IMPORTANT PART OF HEMFRID'S TEAM Do you enjoy varied work where you can combine service, quality, and responsibility? Hemfrid is now seeking a Service Team Member in Kungsbacka and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your cleaning experience while supporting both customers and colleagues in daily operations. As a Service Team Member, you'll become an important part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. You'll enjoy a varied workday where no two days look the same. What do we offer? A 75% position Collective agreement and secure employment conditions Fixed monthly salary – the same salary every month Mileage compensation between customers if you use your own car for work Paid travel time between customers Insurance (illness, liability, and occupational pension) Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year Free mobile subscription Free training in home cleaning and further training in service and cleaning Field Lead/Buddy – support and contact person in the field Team meetings and shared activities About the role As a Service Team Member, you'll ensure that our customers receive high-quality service. You'll perform various types of cleaning assignments while supporting our employees in the field. Your tasks may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Substitute shifts Quality inspections Introduction of new employees when needed Key management when needed The work is primarily based in Kungsbacka and surrounding areas. When needed, you may also support nearby regions. Who are we looking for? We're seeking someone with home cleaning experience who takes pride in quality. You're confident in your professional role and can independently plan and carry out various cleaning assignments. To succeed in this role, we'd like to see that you: Are thorough and quality-conscious Have experience in home cleaning Enjoy working both independently and with others Are responsible and solution-oriented Have a professional and service-minded approach Are flexible and able to adapt to different customers and situations Experience in deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and window cleaning is advantageous.
