Experienced House Cleaner Needed for Full-Time Position!

Kölnan Städ & Flytt offers professional cleaning and moving services to private individuals and businesses in Skåne. We have been in business for nine years and continue to grow with a focus on quality, safety, and personal service. We are now looking for an experienced house cleaner who wants to become a long-term part of our team. The position is full-time, 100 percent, with immediate start or by agreement. About the Position Your main responsibility is house cleaning for our private customers. Move-out cleaning and deep cleaning also occur, and if needed, other types of cleaning assignments may be included. For us, house cleaning is about more than just a clean home. You work in customers' private environments and therefore earn their great trust. This requires that you are respectful, attentive, and thorough, and that you take responsibility for both the result and the customer's experience. You need to be able to plan your work, follow the customer's instructions, and pay attention to details without constant supervision. You should be able to see what needs to be done and leave each assignment with a result that you yourself are proud of. Work is based in Malmö and is performed at customers' homes in southwestern Skåne. You move between different customers and workplaces during the workday. We are Looking for Someone with House Cleaning Experience To be a candidate for this position, you must have previously worked with professional house cleaning. You should be accustomed to cleaning in private homes and understand the requirements for quality, efficiency, integrity, and professional conduct. You need to be able to, among other things: Work efficiently without compromising on quality Follow cleaning instructions and adapt your work to different homes Handle customers' homes and belongings with great respect Pay attention to details and notice if something is off Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and management We are looking for a person who understands that satisfied customers are created through reliability over time. Requirements for the Position Previous documented experience with professional house cleaning Driver's license (Category B) Ability to work independently Good physical fitness, as the work is active and involves movement Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management Punctuality, sense of responsibility, and professional conduct An extract from the criminal record will be requested prior to a possible employment.
