Job Responsibilities As a carpenter with us, you will: Perform construction and carpentry work in renovations, extensions, and minor new construction. Independently handle service jobs such as repairs, adjustments, and modifications. Install walls, doors, windows, trim, kitchens, and interior fittings. Manage planning of your own assignments, customer contact, and reporting to project managers. Ensure order, safety, and professional execution at every worksite. Qualifications Requirements: Carpentry journeyman certificate, or alternatively at least 5 years of documented experience. Experience with service work, ROT jobs, or minor contracts. Ability to read and understand drawings and work descriptions. Good material knowledge and attention to detail in execution. Class B driver's license. Swedish (spoken and written). Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented. Service-minded with good customer communication skills. Structured and thorough, with an eye for detail. Flexible and comfortable making decisions on the worksite. Enjoying work in a small, tight-knit team where everyone helps each other. Merits It is an advantage if you have: Experience leading minor projects or acting as a working foreman. Training in Hot Work, lift certification, or other relevant certifications.
