If you are completely comfortable with all aspects required for an addition or new construction from foundation to turnkey completion, that is an enormous advantage. We see the following as requirements: You have many years of experience as a carpenter Self-directed Fluent Swedish or fluent English Can read all types of drawings You are familiar with industry standards such as AMA Class B driver's license. You appreciate quality finishes and are meticulous with details.
