We are now seeking a security compliance coordinator with experience in security matters who wants to drive work in the security field forward. About the position In your role as security compliance coordinator, you will work in a supporting, advisory, and educational function within the entire security compliance area – information security, personnel security, and physical security. You are an important support to both managers and employees and contribute to making security compliance a natural and integrated part of the operation. You plan, develop, and conduct training in security compliance and ensure that applicable laws, regulations, rules, and internal guidelines are followed. The work also includes participation in planning and follow-up, conducting investigations, and preparing and compiling reports. A central part of the assignment is to actively contribute to the development of the organization's security compliance work. The position is located in Stockholm. Business travel may occur. About you We seek someone with relevant academic education or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that we assess as equivalent. To succeed in the role, it is necessary that you have current and relevant multi-year experience in security compliance matters. The position requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have training in security compliance. The same applies to experience planning and leading work with smaller groups. We see it as an advantage if you have relevant and current experience applying regulations, signal security, IT security, security-related analyses, or investigating security incidents. It is meritorious if you have current and relevant experience working in an organization with high demands on integrity and security awareness. Personal qualities are very important to us.
