Paid Evaluation Period The position begins with a paid evaluation period of one week. All hours worked during this period are paid. During the week, actual work performance is evaluated with focus on work pace, efficiency, quality, precision, and ability to follow work procedures. Digital Performance Tracking The work is organized and monitored through BX Partner's digital work and tracking system. The system is used during the workday to distribute tasks and monitor work performance. After each workday, an individual performance report is compiled. The purpose is to make the assessment clear and structured and to base it on actual performance during work. Continued Work and Work Shifts After the first week, an overall assessment of each employee's performance is conducted. For individuals who meet the required level, there is an opportunity for continued work with BX Partner. The number of work shifts will be distributed based on performance results, competence, and business needs. Employees who demonstrate high quality, efficiency, work pace, and responsibility may be offered more work shifts.
