About the Role As part of the Legal Secretariat, you will be an important link in our information management. You will work at the intersection of law, business development, and digitalization. The role is a combination of qualified advisory work, operational tasks, and strategic development. In your role as records manager, your main responsibilities will be to: Drive development: You actively participate in creating modern procedures, processes, and tools that make our case management more efficient and legally secure. Support the organization: You are a trusted expert who educates, informs, and guides colleagues in everything from filing to complex information management issues. Ensure quality: Through quality controls and follow-up, you ensure that we meet legal requirements and internal procedures. Work with system support for document and case management. Handle traditional records management tasks such as incoming mail, telephone, email, filing and registration of documents, as well as certain archival work. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is meticulous and well-organized, but who at the same time has an eye for the bigger picture and enjoys change and improvement. You are unpretentious and have excellent collaboration skills, and you are driven by helping others understand and succeed with information management. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who has: Relevant academic education in information and archival science, vocational training as a document controller/records manager, certified records manager, or other post-secondary education that we deem relevant for the position. At least three years of current and relevant experience working as a records manager/archivist in public administration. Current and relevant experience working with document and case management systems as well as the Office package. Strong knowledge of the regulations governing our operations (such as archival and information management as well as public access and confidentiality legislation and GDPR) and thus good insight into public administration. Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious for the position is if you have: Current and relevant experience working with information security and data protection Current and relevant experience with digitalization work and archival work Current and relevant experience with project management and/or change management. Experience in training and adapting training and information on issues related to information management and based on organizational needs.
