Experienced Accounting Assistant / Accounting Professional Sought

Alime Consulting AB is seeking an experienced accounting assistant/accounting professional to join our team. We are a small and personal accounting firm with long experience and close relationships with our clients. We are now looking for someone with experience working at an accounting firm who feels confident independently managing ongoing accounting for multiple clients. Your Responsibilities You will work with, among other things: ongoing bookkeeping account reconciliations customer and vendor accounts receivable/payable VAT reporting employer declarations payroll management ongoing customer contact preparatory work for financial statements other common tasks at an accounting firm We Are Looking For Someone Who has several years of experience in accounting, preferably from an accounting firm can work independently with ongoing accounting has strong experience with payroll management has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written – this is a requirement knowledge of Polish is a merit since we have several Polish-speaking clients, but it is not required is thorough, organized, and responsible enjoyed client contact and can manage multiple clients and assignments in parallel enjoys working in a small company where we collaborate and help each other Systems We Use We work primarily in Fortnox, Visma, and BL Administration. Experience with these programs, especially Fortnox, is a merit. What Do We Offer? At Alime, you will be an important part of a small and personal team.
