We are the leading company in Sweden in the field of "Non-Destructive Testing" and are now seeking a testing technician for our office in Norrköping! For those unfamiliar with non-destructive testing (NDT), it is about early detection of damage that over time can cause costly failures or in the worst case serious accidents. NDT can be performed on everything from welds in pipelines in industry to finding cracks in reactor tanks. As a technician with us, you will work with the latest testing techniques. Our customer base is broad and you will come into contact with several different industries, including: - Paper & pulp - Power & heat - Mining & steel works - Manufacturing industry - Wind/nuclear power plants - Petrochemistry/refineries - Rail WHO ARE YOU? Experience with PMI/XRF measurements is highly desirable. A genuine interest in technology and an ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical work is a prerequisite. Technical education in a relevant field is a requirement. The role also involves contact with customers and partners, which is why good communication skills and professional conduct are of great importance. We want you to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English and to hold a Class B driver's license.
