About the Position As a Project Manager in sprinkler systems at IVAB, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on sprinkler projects – from design to completed installation. You will play a central role in driving particularly large and complex projects with significant financial value, including a major strategic assignment. The position involves close collaboration with installers, technicians, customers, and subcontractors. Projects are conducted both throughout Sweden and internationally. Typical Responsibilities: Lead and drive sprinkler projects from start to final delivery Plan resources, schedules, and budgets Responsible for project finances, forecasts, and follow-up Coordinate installers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure quality, work environment, and compliance with applicable regulations Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, clients, and other stakeholders Participate in design and technical solutions Manage changes, additional work, and risks in projects Documentation, self-inspections, and final inspections Large responsibility for project finances Contribute to strategic work regarding upcoming projects and business opportunities. Who Are You? We are primarily seeking someone with experience in project management within sprinkler systems. You with extensive experience in plumbing or related technical installations may also be suitable for the role. You have the ability to drive large projects with many contact points and thrive in a role where you take responsibility. As a person, you are structured, business-minded, thorough, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your project manager role and have a good ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues. We also see that you have good customer service skills and are service-oriented. You need to be able to work both independently and in a team and be flexible in your work approach. Requirements To be able to work with many of our customers, you must hold and be able to present valid identification documents, such as a passport or national ID card. Type B driver's license Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience in project management within sprinkler systems, plumbing, or similar Good computer skills and experience with project tracking Desirable Qualifications: Hot Work Certification Safe Water Experience with large construction projects Knowledge of fire protection systems and regulations BAS-P/BAS-U Since the position may involve work with protected objects or similar security-classified locations, our customers may require background checks as well as alcohol and drug testing. Therefore, we conduct background checks and alcohol and drug testing prior to employment for this position.
