About the Role In this role, you will work on consulting assignments for our clients in the construction and real estate sector. Depending on your experience and competency profile, the assignments may focus on project management, project management, or construction management, or a combination of these areas. Your responsibilities may include: Lead and coordinate construction and real estate projects through different project phases Monitor time, budget, quality, risks, and contracts Review documents and ensure that project requirements and objectives are met Support the client in matters related to procurement, contracting, and implementation Contribute to the development of Ekselens AB's working methods and customer relationships We Are Looking for You You are a responsible, professional, and reliable person. You work in a structured manner, have good judgment, and enjoy taking responsibility for driving matters forward. You easily build trust and understand the importance of clear communication, good documentation, and respectful collaboration. You are confident in your professional role but at the same time unpretentious and responsive to the project's and client's needs. You have at least five years of documented experience in project management and/or construction management in the construction and real estate industry. This experience may have been gained in a role such as project manager, project manager, or construction manager. What matters is not your previous job title, but that your responsibilities and role have primarily included construction management or project management. We would like to see that you have a relevant higher education or vocational higher education degree as well as a valid driver's license (category B). To succeed in this role, you must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We place great emphasis on the content of your previous assignments, your personal judgment, and your ability to create progress and trust in projects. Meritorious Experience It is particularly meritious if you have completed documented reference assignments for public clients in construction management and/or project management during the past five years. It is also meritious if you: are trained and have documented experience as BAS-P/U are certified as a responsible controller with authorization K have experience with public procurement and work within framework agreements have knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, and AMA have experience with schools, healthcare and care facilities, sports facilities, or other public properties have experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders Placement and Start Date The position is based in the Gothenburg region. Work can be performed from the office, at clients' project sites, and remotely. Travel within the region may occur.
