The client has a broad project portfolio and implements projects in, among other areas, roads, railways, water and sewage, energy, power supply, industry, and public infrastructure.

Responsibilities
As a site manager, you will be responsible for driving projects toward jointly established goals in areas such as HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), economics (profitability), quality, time and resource planning. You will set project goals together with the work manager and project manager. The site manager is responsible for leading the project and ensuring progress is made safely with high satisfaction and good profitability. The site manager works together with other roles such as work supervisors, project engineers, and skilled workers to move projects forward.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience from infrastructure projects for clients such as the Swedish Transport Administration. Experience from larger projects, collaborative projects, and if you are mobile, these are advantageous. You hold a degree or are a civil engineer in construction and civil engineering, or have other equivalent education that strengthens administrative and analytical abilities. Practical experience in project management is very valuable to us and can be equated with formal education.
To succeed in the role of site manager, it is important that you master the following:
· Quantity surveying - Together with the surveyor
· Schedule planning and progress management
· Conducting project and morning meetings
· Log management
· Forecasting work
· AMA, MER, AB04, ABT06
· You are skilled at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing.
Personal Qualities
You are a confident and coaching leader with the ability to create a positive work environment for the project team through involvement. You are good at communicating so that everyone in the project is informed and has the opportunity to influence their work situation. As a site manager, you have an excellent ability to organize projects and ensure they proceed according to schedule and budget. You enjoy solving problems together with your team, are humble, and do not hesitate to ask for help when needed. Business acumen and a drive to create good profitability are important for the role.
