You are the person who greets the customer and your colleagues with a smile. You follow the customer and vehicle from start to finish through the entire service process, including customer meetings, booking, work orders, ordering spare parts, repairs, final invoicing, follow-up, and more. You are responsible, proactive and thorough, with the ability to plan your own workday based on customer bookings. Your goal is 100% customer satisfaction and you enjoy meeting people, providing service and getting things done. You work closely with both your team and your team leader to create a first-class customer experience together. If you have experience with Tacdis and Organizer, that's a plus.
