We are looking for someone who Is a trained childcare educator with at least three years of experience working in preschool. Is confident and professional in your role and can take responsibility for pedagogical work in daily activities. Has a good understanding of child development, play, learning, and needs. Has experience meeting children with different conditions and needs. Has a respectful, calm, and solution-oriented approach. Can work independently but also actively contribute to the team. Is accustomed to planning, implementing, following up, and reflecting on pedagogical work. Has an interest in language development and ideally experience with visual supports and TAKK. Is engaged in learning environments and sees possibilities for development rather than limitations. Takes responsibility for both children's safety and the quality of the operation.
