We are now seeking an experienced consultant in environmental impact assessments and permit processes for our office in Malmö, working on varied, complex, and socially important projects where you'll have the opportunity to develop further and take responsibility in qualified assignments.

As an experienced environmental consultant within EIA & permits, you'll have a key role in complex and socially important assignments, for example as project manager, technical responsible, or senior specialist. You lead or participate in EIA assignments and permit processes, coordinate investigations and develop consultation materials, environmental impact assessments, and permit applications. The role also includes dialogue with authorities, quality reviews, tender work, methodology development, and competency building.
You'll be part of a strong national network within EIA & permits and collaborate across disciplines with experts in several technical areas, in an organization characterized by collaboration, innovation, and development.
Your profile
We're looking for you who want to take a leading or specialist role within EIA & permits.
To succeed in the role, you need:
Relevant higher education/university degree in environmental science, natural science, civil engineering, or similar
At least 8 years of experience driving or coordinating EIA assignments and permit processes
Documented experience with EIA and/or permit applications
Good knowledge of the Environmental Code and environmental assessment processes
Experience with project management
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Meritorious:
Experience from infrastructure, energy, or water operations
Knowledge within nature conservation and water management or environmental law
As a person, you are structured, driven, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have an unpretentious approach and like to share your expertise. You are expected to take great personal responsibility for deliverables and contribute to developing both assignments and internal work methods.
