We are seeking an energy or environmental consultant for a technology consulting firm in Uppsala. Here you will work closely with customers in the production industry and lead technical and environmental projects from analysis to implementation. The role suits you if you already have experience from the process industry or technology consulting sector and want to get closer to both customers and business development. You need to be able to take independent responsibility, understand the customer's operations, and drive your tasks forward. The company primarily works with customers in combined heat and power, industry, water and wastewater management, energy, and production. About the Position As an energy or environmental consultant, you will work on process and environmental projects for customers primarily in the production industry and water and wastewater management. You will among other things: • Lead technical and environmental projects • Investigate and analyze technical issues • Collect, evaluate, and compile technical and legal information • Develop technical documentation, analyses, and reports • Work with process-related questions in the production industry • Visit customers and understand their operations • Participate in customer meetings and conduct technical discussions • Translate technical theory and requirements into practical solutions • Identify needs and possible solutions together with the customer • Collaborate with colleagues in energy, environment, technology, and systems • Take responsibility for driving projects and tasks to completion For the right person, there is an opportunity to take greater responsibility for projects, customer relationships, and business development. We Are Looking For You If You • Have a university degree in energy, environment, or equivalent technical field • Have at least two years of relevant work experience from the process industry or technology consulting sector • Have experience working with technical issues in industrial operations • Have the ability to understand, evaluate, compile, and present technical and legal information • Have good social and pedagogical skills • Have a genuine interest in the process industry and customers' operations • Have clear drive and take responsibility for completing tasks and projects • Are resident in Uppsala • Have very good Swedish in speech and writing • Have a B driver's license We believe you thrive in a consultant role where you combine technology with customer contact.
