We believe in combining structure with creative problem-solving. About the Role We are seeking a self-driven and meticulous payroll consultant with solid experience of the entire payroll process. You will be responsible for payroll management and ensure that salaries are administered correctly in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and collective agreements. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Relevant education in payroll Several years of experience in payroll administration. Experience with Swedish payroll. Experience with international/foreign payroll. Good knowledge of calculating commissions and bonuses. Good knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, collective agreements, and applicable legislation. Vacation calculations Reporting to authorities Experience working in Visma Lön Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you: Have high work ethic, are meticulous, and deliver on time Are responsible and self-driven. Are service-oriented with good collaboration skills. Are solution-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
