About Us Hjorth & Partners is a full-service firm specializing in accounting and legal services, helping our clients with everything from daily bookkeeping and payroll management to expert consulting in areas such as tax law and labor law. We are a growing company with an inspiring and energetic workplace in a beautiful office at Nytorget in Stockholm. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a payroll consultant. Who Are You? We are looking for you—someone trained as a payroll specialist with at least three years of experience working at a consulting firm and using Flex HRM as a payroll system. This role is perfect for you if you want to build long-term relationships with clients, support them in ensuring employees receive correct pay and information, and independently manage payroll processes from start to finish. You are comfortable working according to defined procedures and ensuring that all handling complies with applicable regulations and agreements. You are meticulous and committed to always delivering correct work and high-quality results. We Would Like to See the Following Qualifications and Experience · At least three years of experience working as a payroll consultant at a consulting firm, with Flex HRM as your primary payroll system. You need to feel confident with all aspects of Flex HRM and ideally also have understanding of their supporting systems such as Time and Travel. · A self-driven person who takes initiative and brings forward suggestions for process improvements both internally and for clients. · Unpretentious with a strong customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities · Manage the complete payroll process for our clients from start to finish, including handling new and departing employees, timesheets & expenses, payroll preparation, salary payments, and reporting to government agencies and pension funds. · Set up and support payroll procedures and processes for clients. · Provide advice on employment and compensation matters to both managers and employees. · Perform reconciliations and controls regarding, for example, AGI and accrued vacation pay liabilities.
