Experienced Alarm and Security Technician – CCTV & Integrated Security Systems Location: Äsperedsgatan 2, 424 57 Gunnilse Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: 08:00–17:00 We are looking for an experienced alarm and security technician who wants to work with advanced security installations in CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control systems, integrated security systems, and automation. This is not a junior position. We are looking for someone who has already worked several years in the industry, is comfortable taking independent responsibility at customer sites, and feels confident with installation, programming, commissioning, and advanced troubleshooting. You will become an important part of our High Security team and work closely with project managers, technicians, and the CEO. We have short decision-making processes, high technical expertise, and great opportunities for the right person to influence both work methods and the technical solutions we build going forward. Your Responsibilities Installation, programming, and commissioning of intrusion alarms and integrated security systems Installation and configuration of CCTV and camera systems Installation and integration of access control systems Advanced troubleshooting and system diagnostics Network configuration and troubleshooting of IP-based security systems Integration between cameras, alarms, access control, networks, and other technical systems Service, maintenance, and quality assurance of existing customer installations Documentation and handover of completed installations Technical advice and direct communication with customers Knowledge sharing within the team and participation in developing our security solutions Work with customers and projects in the High Security segment Who We Are Looking For Above all, we are looking for someone who knows the trade. You are used to working independently and do not need detailed instructions for every task. When a system is not working, you do not settle for replacing components – you want to understand why it is not working. You have a genuine interest in technology and find the combination of security, networking, software, and integration what makes the job interesting. At the same time, you understand that technology is only part of the delivery. You are professional with customers, deliver on your promises, and leave behind an installation you are proud of. We Believe You Have Experience With Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of professional alarm systems CCTV and IP-based camera systems Networking/IP, switches, VLAN, and system communication Access control systems and integration with other security systems Commissioning, testing, and documentation Independent work at customer sites You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a valid driver's license (class B). Additional Qualifications We Value If you have experience with Milestone XProtect, Axis, Bosch CCTV, ASSA ARX, or Acre Security's product portfolio, that is highly valued. We particularly welcome experience with advanced CCTV and video surveillance solutions from Axis and Bosch, as well as installation, programming, and integration of systems within Acre Security's product portfolio. If you have also worked with KNX or Control4, we definitely want to talk with you. Experience with large-scale security installations, centralized systems, advanced network environments, system integration, or High Security projects is an additional plus. Why AO Group?
