About the role As a customer service representative, you are the company's first point of contact with business customers and are responsible for creating a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities include: Answer inquiries via phone and email regarding value transports, deliveries, and orders. Manage and administer cases in Salesforce. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Represent the company with high service awareness and professionalism. We're looking for you who: Currently work in customer service - using phone, email, and/or chat as tools in your work. Have at least 2 years of customer service experience. Are comfortable working with the Office suite, particularly Excel. Have completed upper secondary education. Speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing. Prefer working 100% on-site in Rotebro together with your team. Meritorious: Experience with Salesforce, IFS, or similar systems. Personal qualities: You are communicative, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced role where the phone is your primary tool.
