Within Financial Services Business Consulting in Stockholm, we work closely with banks and asset managers to develop business in Savings & Asset Management Advisory – from strategy to implementation. We support our clients in strengthening their offerings, developing sales and distribution capabilities, and meeting changing customer needs. We are now seeking an experienced consultant with clear business drive, industry experience, and the ability to translate strategy into concrete results. Responsibilities Lead the development of strategies, business models, and offerings within Savings & Asset Management Drive transformation initiatives from analysis to implementation in savings and investment business Develop sales and distribution capabilities, including work with premium and advisory segments Contribute to innovation and further development of offerings based on customer and market needs Identify business opportunities with existing and new customers, and drive growth in accordance with defined objectives Lead and drive transformation projects where AI is applied Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on Savings & Asset Management or private banking, along with consulting experience. Consulting experience is a requirement Experience working on transformation projects Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues Strong ability to connect customer insights to business results University or college degree Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious Practical experience from savings or asset management operations International experience Who Are You?
