Job Description
As a structural engineer at Ingenjörsfirman, you work as a consultant and become part of a team of engineers who are happy to support each other when needed. You have great freedom with responsibility, varied projects, and the opportunity to influence both your work and the company's development.
In this role, you lead and coordinate structural assignments, ensure quality, and contribute technical solutions to projects. You actively participate in design work through drawings and calculations, attend design meetings, and maintain contact with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors. You also participate in sales and marketing activities.
We work as general structural engineers on both small and large projects, from early stages to finished construction documents. The team and company have extensive knowledge in execution, materials, and technical modeling.
Work takes place primarily Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30, but you have great freedom to plan your own time and where you work from. The project's needs, combined with yours, determine the arrangement.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who have several years of experience independently planning and working with building construction and construction engineering.
Requirements
· At least eight years of experience in building construction and construction engineering.
· Strong experience in project management.
· Good understanding of the building process, including industry and regulatory requirements and how to work in production.
· Strong experience with steel, concrete, and timber structures.
· Good knowledge of structural analysis.
· Civil engineer or engineering degree in construction or civil engineering.
· B-category driver's license.
Meritorious
· Experience in project management and client responsibility.
· Experience from construction production.
· Good experience with design in Revit or Tekla.
· Experience in infrastructure construction.

Location
We have offices in Kalmar, Karlskrona, and Oskarshamn. Placement can be discussed.
