We are now looking for a senior communicator for a longer full-time consulting assignment. The assignment suits you if you are self-driven, communicative, and experienced in working closely with operations on both strategic and operational communication matters. About the Assignment As a communicator, you will provide qualified communication support to an organization within the care sector. The role is broad and varied, where you work with everything from ongoing communication initiatives to more strategic initiatives and advisory work. You will become part of a professional communication function and work both independently and together with colleagues in a team. The assignment offers great variety and the opportunity to contribute your expertise on matters that are important for both the organization and residents. The assignment is full-time and the desired start date is as soon as possible. Initially, the assignment runs until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities In the role, you will, among other things: Provide communication support to the organization on both strategic and operational matters Plan, implement, and follow up on communication initiatives Produce and adapt content for different target audiences and channels Work with web publishing and digital communication Support the organization in communication planning and change communication Create content for social media and other digital platforms Develop communication materials and graphic content Serve as an advisor and support to managers and organizational representatives Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a strong passion for communication and who feels equally comfortable formulating strategic messages as producing content and implementing activities yourself. You are confident in your professional role and experienced in managing many contact points. With a structured approach and strong prioritization skills, you succeed in delivering results even when the pace is high.
