Experienced Communicator with Focus on Leadership Communication

Unit's Mission The Leadership Communication Unit is responsible for the agency's overall communication with a focus on agency, management, and governance communication. The unit has both a strategic and an operational role, and the unit has a mixed competence of senior communicators, graphic designers, and web managers who are primarily responsible for the agency's intranet. Job Description You will lead, implement, and follow up on communication efforts at the management level with a focus on leadership communication and support to line communication in the operations. You will work broadly with the agency's various business areas and departments, and you are expected to be active and proactive in providing qualified communication support and advice to managers and other key personnel. You are good at seeing context and wholes, and can switch between operational and strategic work. You work equally well independently as in a group, and you have a solution-oriented approach. More About Working With Us Basic Requirements for the Position University education in communication or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way Documented experience of the following: At least five years of current experience with strategic communication in an agency or other large and complex organization – with a focus on leadership communication Several years of experience with change communication and support to line communication in operations Several years of experience leading communication assignments and coordinating meetings and work processes of both a strategic and operational nature Experience in communication advising to managers at management level Broad experience with digital communication Experience in producing complex texts in the form of management group documents, strategic articles, and reports Other Merits for the Position Experience from public/regional/municipal work Experience in the production of moving material, images, film The Public Service Values guide us in our daily work.
